Thursday Trio

Do you ever feel like your life is one big routine and you don't know how to break the cycle? I've been in that "routine rut" lately; not quite knowing how to get out of it, but definitely wanting to shake things up. The time change has definitely helped a bit, as I no longer feel the need to go straight home, put on my pjs and watch The Kardashians on repeat until I fall asleep.

Three Things to Shake Up My Routine:
Run 2-3 miles a few nights a week
Yoga once a week
Book Club one Wednesday a month

Now, I can squeeze in a run or a new activity after work and not have it feel like it's midnight. I've come up with three activities to shake up my routine. The only problem I face now, is having this become my new routine.
