I love coffee. If you follow me on social media, you know this to be true. Up until a few months ago, when the cold brew craze kicked into high gear, I hadn't really thought about making my own cold brew at home, but now that I've been doing it for a while—I don't know what I was thinking by NOT doing this sooner.
All you need is your favorite coffee (ground) and water. The cold brew system does the rest. You scoop 12-14 tablespoons of coffee into the filter, then you screw it into the lid. Then, you fill the pitcher with 32 oz. of water, submerge the filter into the pitcher, screw the lid tight and place it in your fridge for 24-36 hours.
After that, remove the filter, dump the coffee grinds out and screw the lid back on without the filter. Finally, add some ice to a mason jar, pour in your creamer/milk of choice, pour your cold brew over and add a fun straw to finish.
Then, sip and enjoy!
