Black Romper

Rompers are my favorite during the warmer months. They show enough leg that they feel fun for girls night out or date night, but they are also casual enough that you could throw one on with flip-flops, throw your hair in a top knot and head out for a lazy Saturday morning brunch. I love pairing rompers with espadrilles because I instantly feel like I'm at the beach or on vacation—even if I'm not. Plus, the wedges make your legs look toned, which always pairs nicely with leg baring outfits.

I also really like rompers because I have a short torso and extremely long legs. So, rompers (and dresses) effortlessly balance my proportions out, and seem to stretch the look of my torso a bit more. Dressing for your body type: highlighting areas you like, disguising areas you're self-conscious about, knowing what patterns and solids do for your body, it's amazing how you can manipulate your body shape with clothing.
